Here is the logistical information for the Fall 2022 CSG Workshops and Meeting, to be held September 21-23, 2022 at the University of Minnesota.
As discussed at the last meeting, we are returning to our original, pre-Covid meeting schedule. The meeting will take place over three days, with sessions beginning at 9 am, Central time. All attendees should plan on attending in-person. Presenters who wish to present remotely please contact the Secretariat.
You will need to register separately for rooms at the conference hotel as well as for the meeting, and to make your own travel arrangements as explained below.
Our conference hotel is the Graduate Minneapolis. You may make your reservation by visiting the link or calling the number mentioned in the initial meeting notice. Our group rate is $149, plus tax, per night. Self parking is available at the Graduate Minneapolis for $25 plus tax per day. The cut-off date for hotel reservations is Tuesday, August 30, 2022.
Our meeting will be held in the Meridian Ballroom at the Graduate Minneapolis hotel.
Please visit the meeting registration link mentioned in the initial meeting notice to register for the meeting and make your entree selections for the group dinners. Our registration system will send you a confirmation email. You can also confirm your attendance by viewing our meeting attendance list, but please note this list is manually updated. The cut-off date for meeting registration is Wednesday, September 14, 2022.
