Here is the logistical information for the Fall 2026 CSG Workshops and Meeting, to be held September 23-25, 2026 at Cornell University.
You will need to register for the meeting, and if attending in person, you will need to register separately for rooms at the conference hotel and make your own travel arrangements as explained below.
Please visit the meeting registration link mentioned in the initial meeting notice to register for the meeting and make your entree selections for the group dinners. Our registration system will send you a confirmation email. You can also confirm your attendance by viewing our meeting attendance list, but please note this list is manually updated. The cut-off date for meeting registration is Monday, September 14, 2026.
Please reserve a room at the Statler Hotel at Cornell University. You may make your reservation by visiting the link or calling the number mentioned in the initial meeting notice. Our group rate is $290, plus tax, per night. Valet and self parking is available at the Statler for $30/night. The cut-off date for hotel reservations is Tuesday, September 1, 2026.
Our meeting will be held on campus at the Statler Hotel in the Kerkorian Kemper Amphitheater of the J Williard Marriott Executive Education Center.
The Statler is about 5 miles south of Ithaca Tompkins Regional Airport (ITH), servicing Delta and United, and 60 miles south of Syracuse Hancock International Airport (SYR). Frederick Douglass Greater Rochester International Airport (ROC) is about two hours away from Cornell.
The Statler provides complimentary airport shuttle service to and from the Ithaca Tompkins Regional Airport from 7:00 a.m. until 11:30 p.m. daily. Please email the Statler to schedule a pickup.
Full breakfast/brunch and break services will be provided for Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Group lunches and dinners will be provided on Wednesday and Thursday. Transportation will be provided between the meeting site, campus tour location, and the group dinners as necessary; please see the meeting agenda for details. Box lunches will be provided at the close of the CSG meeting on Friday.
