Here is the logistical information for the Spring 2026 CSG Workshops and Meeting, to be held 13-15 May, 2026 at the University of Nbraska, Lincoln..
You will need to register separately for rooms at the conference hotels as well as for the meeting, and to make your own travel arrangements as explained below.
Please visit the meeting registration link mentioned in the initial meeting notice to register for the meeting and make your entree selections for the group dinners. Our registration system will send you a confirmation email. You can also confirm your attendance by viewing our meeting attendance list, but please note this list is manually updated. The cut-off date for meeting registration is Monday, May 4, 2026.
Please reserve a room at the Graduate Lincoln Hotel. You may make your reservation by visiting the link mentioned in the initial meeting notice. Our group rate is $134, plus taxes and fees, per night. Parking in the attached parking garage is $23 per night. The cut-off date for Graduate Lincoln Hotel reservations is Tuesday, April 21, 2026.
Our meeting will be held on campus in Kiewit Hall, 1700 Vine St, Lincoln.
The nearest airports are Lincoln Regional Airport (currently United only, from Chicago and Denver, about 4 miles away), and Omaha Airport (all airlines, about 63 miles away).
The Graduate Lincoln provides a complementary shuttle service between the Lincoln Regional Airport and the hotel; please contact the hotel at 402-475-4011 upon landing. Taxi, van, and rental car services are available as well.
OMALiNK provides shared and private shuttle service services between Omaha Airport and the hotel. Shuttle service is provided with reservation only; please contact the service for shuttle times and costs and to reserve a seat. Taxi and rental car services are available as well.
Full breakfast/brunch and break services will be provided for Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Group lunches and dinners will be provided on Wednesday and Thursday. Transportation will be provided between the meeting site, campus tour location, and the group dinners as necessary; please see the meeting agenda for details. Box lunches will be provided at the close of the CSG meeting on Friday.
