Meeting support services include IEEE 802.11b (or better) wireless internet access, a projector with connectors for Macs and PCs, laser pointer, and laser/inkjet printer will be provided during the workshops and meeting. Wired access, transparency projectors, or flipcharts will not be provided unless specifically requested.
We also provide Zoom support for remote presenters, who will be able to present to and interact with in-room participants. Information including Zoom links will be provided at the start of every meeting over the CSG Slack #meetings channel. No support is provided for remote attendance other than for remote presenters.
