Here is the logistical information for the Winter 2026 CSG Workshops and Meeting, to be held 28-30 January, 2026 at Texas A&M University.
You will need to register separately for rooms at the conference hotels as well as for the meeting, and to make your own travel arrangements as explained below.
Please visit the meeting registration link mentioned in the initial meeting notice to register for the meeting and make your entree selections for the group dinners. Our registration system will send you a confirmation email. You can also confirm your attendance by viewing our meeting attendance list, but please note this list is manually updated. The cut-off date for meeting registration is Monday, January 19, 2026.
Please reserve a room at the Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center. You may make your reservation by visiting the link mentioned in the initial meeting notice. Our group rate is $159, plus taxes and fees, per night. Parking in the Gene Stallings Boulevard Garage is complimentary for all hotel guests. This lot is connected to the hotel via a covered walkway. The cut-off date for Texas A&M Hotel and Conference Center reservations is Sunday, December 28, 2025.
Our meeting will be held in Room 601, on the sixth floor of the Rudder Tower, 275 Joe Routt Blvd, College Station. Breakfasts and lunches will be served in Rooms 501 & 504 on the fifth floor of Rudder Tower. Breaks will be held in Room 601.
The closest major airports are George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) (Houston, 95 miles) and Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) (Austin, 107 miles). Easterwood Airport (CLL), located in College Station, is served by American Airlines from DFW.
Full breakfast/brunch and break services will be provided for Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Group lunches and dinners will be provided on Wednesday and Thursday. Transportation will be provided between the meeting site, campus tour location, and the group dinners as necessary; please see the meeting agenda for details. Box lunches will be provided at the close of the CSG meeting on Friday.
