    1. John/Tracy F - Duke's consolidation effort
    2. Sarah - emerging consolidation direction at Cornell
    3. Tracy W - breakthroughs on collaborations among non-consolidated groups
    4. Alok - Moving further up the stack - "manage this application, support this research project" - how do we reorient to support that? How to manage the increase in expectations? Inheriting existing applications AND preventing custom / one off solutions that arise out of common needs.
    5. Dawn - looking at division of labor between commodity/central and last mile/local units.  
    6. Brian - UCSD's ongoing consolidation efforts from 2016 and still in progress. Impact of Covid on the effort. Still lots of distributed computing on the academic side, most to date has been admin side.  
    7. Is IT the ripest fruit to pick? (all) - positioning IT consolidation in the larger university picture
    8. Jim: Space consolidation: mixing IT with the administrative and academic side.
