Here is the logistical information for the Spring 2017 CSG Workshops and Meeting, to be held 17-19 May, 2017 at the Yale University.
As usual, you will need to register separately for rooms at the conference hotels as well as for the meeting, and to make your own travel arrangements as explained below.
We will meet in Room 2400 (Class of 1980 Classroom) in the School of Management building (Evans Hall).
Please visit the URL given in the initial meeting notice to register for the meeting and make your entree selections for the group dinners. The cut-off date for meeting registration is May 9.
Tweed New Haven Airport is a small airport that connects through Philadelphia. The bigger airports are Bradley, about 55 miles away; Westchester County, about 60 miles away; and the major New York airports LaGuardia, JFK, and Newark, about 90 miles away.
If taking the train, Union Station and the secondary State Street station provide service to New Haven. Amtrak will not stop at State Street Station, while some New York trains do; this station is within walking distance (0.3 miles) of the Omni. We advise taking a taxi or using a ride-sharing app to travel from Union Station to the hotel.
Full breakfast and break services will be provided for Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Group lunches and dinners will be provided on Wednesday and Thursday. Transportation will be provided between the hotel, meeting site, and the group dinners as necessary. Box lunches will be provided at the close of the CSG meeting on Friday.
