Meeting Logistics

Here is the logistical information for the Spring 2024 CSG Workshops and Meeting, to be held 15-17 May, 2024 at the University of Wiscosin, Madison.

You will need to register separately for rooms at the conference hotels as well as for the meeting, and to make your own travel arrangements as explained below.

Meeting Registration:

Please visit the meeting registration link mentioned in the initial meeting notice to register for the meeting and make your entree selections for the group dinners. Our registration system will send you a confirmation email. You can also confirm your attendance by viewing our meeting attendance list, but please note this list is manually updated. The cut-off date for meeting registration is Monday, May 6, 2024.

Conference Hotels:

Please reserve a room at one of our three hotels:

Fluno Center (Our meeting venue). You may make your reservation by visiting the link or calling the number mentioned in the initial meeting notice. Our group rate is $131, plus an 11% campus charge, per night. Self parking is available in the Fluno Center lot, directly underneath the building, for $15 per car, per night. The cut-off date for Fluno Center reservations is Wednesday, April 24 2024.
The Hampton Inn and Suites block is closed. Hampton Inn and Suites (a 5 minute, .2 mile walk to the meeting venue). You may make your reservation by visiting the link or calling the number mentioned in the initial meeting notice. Our group rate is $131, plus tax, per night through Thursday. If you choose to stay additional nights, the rate is $174 plus tax for Friday night or later. Self parking is available at the hotel for $20 per car, per night. The cut-off date for Hampton Inn and Suites reservations is Sunday, April 14, 2024.
DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel (a 3 minute, .1 mile walk to the meeting venue). You may make your reservation by visiting the link or calling the number mentioned in the initial meeting notice. Our group rate is $169, plus tax, per night. This hotel offers a shuttle to and from the Madison Dane County airport. Self parking is available at the hotel for $18 per car, per night. The cut-off date for DoubleTree reservations is Wednesday, April 24, 2024.

Meeting Venue:

Our meeting will be held in the Howard Auditorium of the Fluno Center, 601 University Av, Madison.

Nearest Airports:

The University of Wisconsin, Madison is about 5 miles south-southwest of Dane Country Regional Airport (MSN).

Conference Meals:

Full breakfast/brunch and break services will be provided for Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Group lunches and dinners will be provided on Wednesday and Thursday. Transportation will be provided between the meeting site, campus tour location, and the group dinners as necessary; please see the meeting agenda for details. Box lunches will be provided at the close of the CSG meeting on Friday.
